Wherever you are – at home, at work or up the top of mountain! Have your conversation about health this Time to Talk Day.

We are open! We are accessible!

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP DAY)

Neuro Linguistic Programming was invented in the early 70’s. Neuro refers to how the mind and body interact and linguistic refers to the insights into a person’s thinking that can be obtained by careful attention totheir use of language.

Programming refers to the study of the thinking and behavioural pattern or programmes. NLP is a bit like a manual on how to use your brain and is a new set of insights to be more in charge of your thoughts and feelings, to run your own life more successfully.

For carers this will enable them to think more clearly, communicate more effectively, acquire skills and attitudes to do what you cannot do right now, but would like to be able to.

Limited places please contact on 01254 688440 for booking a place.

… While you think of your dreams

Smile and show the world

And let this river be the peace that you find

The tranquillity within it

And let go of the boat you made

Watch it sail

With all your dreams

Hold on to those

Hold on forever

For here is where you belong

Here is where you came to be free.
