Relaxation\, practical work\, volunteering\, finances and benefits plus much more. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nHOW WILL THE COURSE HELP?  \n\n\n\nEngaging carers to open up about the difficulties associated with the ending of a caring role and looking collectively. To find strategies to help the carer to move forward and establish a life of their own.  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nIt is important that you are available for all 6 sessions.
