The Bike session is for all abilities, we will have trikes, bikes with stabilisers for adults, bikes and trams. This is a taster to show anyone can learn to ride a bike, we are then hoping to hold a regular carers session.

Meet up at Costa Coffee Drive Through, Grimshaw Park near Asda. Coffee is on us relax and enjoy, good chance to meet other carers in a safe space and get information.
