We will hopefully be at Witton Greenhouse for this workshop weather permitting. Exploring how nature can increase of self-awareness and how to be in the moment, living in the present using mindfulness techniques.
An opportunity to make a window ledge planter for your home and decorate it in the Greenhouses Woodwork shop. All materials provided and refreshments. Enjoy a couple of hours in nature and doing something creative.
